Its manufacturing facility at Maraimalai Nagar, Tamil Nadu, has remained shut since August 2017 and the company has reported nil operating revenue since then. It is presently dependent on promoter TCIL for financial support while exploring strategic disinvestment, plant revival and alternative revenue opportunities. [1]
